Central Baltic INTERREG IV A Programme 2007-2013

Project aimed to promote use of wood and wood energy and provide facts and plan for real investments in the energy sector.

Bioenergy Promotion

Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013
The project aimed at strengthening the development towards a sustainable, competitive and territorially integrated Baltic Sea Region in the field of sustainable use of bio-energy.

Raising awareness for forest fire prevention and training of forest fire agents and volunteers in Estonia (abbreviation FFPE)

Project was partly financed by European Commission fund Life+ Information and Communication Programme and lasted from spring 2010 until December 2012.

The project aimed to raise awareness of how to protect against forest fires and to provide training to improve the implementation of preventative measures. It was implemented by Private Forest Centre in cooperation with Estonian Rescue Service.

PROFOREST and PROFOREST 2

Leonardo da Vinci Programme
Projects aimed to increase the knowledge of private forest management in the European Union and to increase the interest towards the French culture and language. Participants belonged to two groups: employees working with structural funds and young people working for private forest owners associations.

WETNet – Wood Energy Training Network

Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation Programme
Project aimed to respond to identified needs within the forestry sectors of the partner countries for transferable and integrated, pan-European approach to competencies and training in wood energy entrepreneurship, whilst creating a sustainable network of trainers from which to share and disseminate knowledge.
