The General Assembly of the member organisations of the Estonian Private Forest Union (EPFU) is the highest governing body. The General Assembly convenes at least twice a year. The Assembly elects the board that works in cooperation with the CEO on daily basis.

The daily work of the EPFU is organised by the CEO and the board. The board meetings take place once a month, on last Thursday of every month. The board consists of the following members:
