{"id":27254,"date":"2018-04-19T15:20:30","date_gmt":"2018-04-19T12:20:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eramets.ee\/?page_id=27254"},"modified":"2023-01-03T15:26:23","modified_gmt":"2023-01-03T13:26:23","slug":"about-us","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.eramets.ee\/en\/about-us\/","title":{"rendered":"About us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This webpage is managed by EIC Forestry Department.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>On 1 January 2023, the <a href=\"https:\/\/kik.ee\/en\">Environmental Investment Centre<\/a> (EIC, in Estonian Sihtasutus Keskkonnainvesteeringute Keskus) and the Estonian Private Forest Centre (PFC, in Estonian Sihtasutus Erametsakeskus) merged. The name of the merged body remained the Environmental Investment Centre.<\/p>\n<p>The Forestry Department was added to the EIC structure, where the former employees of the Estonian Private Forest Centre\u2019s Subsidies and Control Unit will continue to work with the same duties as before.<\/p>\n<p>The substantive activities of the Estonian Private Forest Centre will continue in the same way as before.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/kik.ee\/en\/news\/eic-and-estonian-private-forest-centre-merge-next-year\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Our main tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrating national and EU subsidies for private forest owners<\/li>\n<li>Developing private forestry support system<\/li>\n<li>Other development activities related to private forestry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eramets.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/akrediteerimistunnistus_emk_l258.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PFC (now EIC Forestry Department) is accredited measurement laboratory in the field of area measurement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All contacts can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/kik.ee\/en\/contacts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This webpage is managed by EIC Forestry Department.
